The terms for using Get More Supermarket online.

1. About these terms

By browsing or ordering from Get More Supermarket you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds policy.

2. Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it once we've accepted and packed it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs — and we'll refund anything already paid.

3. Prices & availability

Prices and stock are shown live and can change. Occasionally an item may be unavailable after you order; we'll offer a substitute or refund that item. All prices include GST where applicable.

4. Payment

You can pay on pickup or by cash on delivery. Online card payment may be offered in future. You agree to pay the total shown at checkout, including any delivery fee.

5. Delivery & pickup

Delivery times are estimates. Please provide accurate address and contact details. Pickup orders should be collected within our opening hours; see Delivery & Pickup.

6. Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel — we can help if the order hasn't been packed yet.

7. Accounts

Keep your account details secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Loyalty points have no cash value and may be subject to conditions.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
