Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters — here's how we put things right.

Fresh & perishable items

If any fresh or perishable item arrives damaged, spoiled or not up to standard, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo if you can. We'll replace it or refund that item.

Packaged & non-perishable items

Unopened packaged goods in their original condition can be returned within 7 days of pickup or delivery for a refund or exchange. Please bring your order number.

Wrong or missing items

If we packed the wrong item or something is missing, let us know and we'll refund or replace it — no fuss.

How refunds are issued

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer.
  • For pay-on-pickup / cash orders, refunds are arranged in store or via your preferred method.
  • Please allow a few business days for card refunds to appear.

Non-returnable items

For health and safety reasons, some opened food items, chilled/frozen goods that have been out of temperature, and clearance items may not be returnable unless faulty.
